There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, lower level TV watching area, modern kitchen & best of all an outdoor hot tub on the lower level patio. What a great place to spend your summer vacation, a winter ski weekend or just a few days to get away and chill out. Close to the hip small town of Bellaire & Short's Brewery. Just outside of Bellaire are the biking & hiking trails of Glacial Hills Natural Area. Also just a short drive for world class golfing & snow skiing at Shanty Creek & Schuss Mountain. Don't forget about the quaint town of nearby Alden on Torch Lake & the many local wineries. The location of this home is also ideal for day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Northport, Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Mackinac Island, all within an hour or two drive.
We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
