Family friendly condo complex.
Unit #3 is on the ground level in the South Building and can sleep 4- 6.  This awesome unit is in the middle of the building with short  walk to car & the heated pool,  with no stairs!.  The large one bedroom has a king size bed and a full sleeper sofa. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, all new GE appliances, RO Water Filter and large dry bar.The unit also has 2 remodeled bathrooms that are fabulous!  One with a deep soaking tub and one with a custom walk-in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen & a dining table with seating for 4.  The living room area offers a great view of the bay, a queen sofa sleeper, comfy chairs, electric fireplace & a flat screen TV. Enjoy Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool.  This unit has private wifi.  Sheets & bath towels included.   All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS. These units are individually owned and the décor varies from unit to unit.
We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
