This cute one bedroom condo has been recently remodeled and sits on the Schuss Golf course. Very close to Schuss Mountain for winter down hill skiing (within 4/10 of a mile walking distance to the ski hill). The condo is 430 square feet and has 1 bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa as well as a king size murphy bed in the common space where the dining area is. The bathroom has a nice size tiled walk in shower. There is Roku TV & wifi in this small comfy getaway close to all Northern Michigan activities. Visit the shops in Bellaire and Alden. Golf one of the many world class courses. Taste the many craft beers at Shorts Brewery or wine tasting at the multitude of wineries in the area. If you are into biking, bring your bike and enjoy the trails at near by Glacial Hills Natural Area. Want some day trip ideas? Mackinaw City/Mackinac Island is about an hour and a half away. Sleeping Bear Dunes is about the same distance away. Sleeps 4 Max. No smoking No pets. The perfect up north getaway! If you are interested in boating Torch Lake or the entire chain of lakes, bring your boat. There is a boat/trailer parking lot just a couple blocks away.
