We know many of the local township zoning ordinances and how they may affect the rentability of your property. We make use of the many advertising tools available to us, to help promote your vacation rental. We like to partner with local contractors to help service, clean and maintain your home.
Communication
One of our top priorities is to have constant communication with our owners. When we take a booking in your home, we will notify you immediately. Any questions we have on your property, we will ask you. If there are any issues with your home, we would call you right away. We want to make sure you are always aware of what is going on with your investment property.
Your Home is Our Home
We don't just put heads in beds. We treat your home as if it were our home. We want to make sure we do our best to match up the right renters to the right home. We screen all renters to the best of our abilities, before allowing them to stay in any of our homes. We personally talk to all renters to make sure they will be good renters and the right fit for the home.
Accounting Records
We take the headache out of the accounting for you on your investment property. We collect all the rental funds, pay the sales tax, so you don't have to worry about that. On a monthly basis, we issue you a rental income statement with the breakdown of all the income and charges. At the end of the year, a 1099 is issued to file with your yearly income taxes. Let us do all the accounting work for you.
