Paradise Properties USA is a small, family-owned business located in Alden, Michigan, just blocks from the shore of beautiful Torch Lake. Gary and Jill Scheitler founded the business in 1997. Gary serves as Principal Associate Broker for the real estate side of the business and Jill oversees the rental management.

Additional staff include experienced Realtors with extensive knowledge of the area, local laws and jurisdictions. All agents are NAR/MAR certified.

Vacation specialists assist renters with questions about properties, make recommendations, process contracts and payments.

As all staff at Paradise Properties USA are locals, we can provide recommendations for everything from boat rentals to restaurants and kid-friendly activities. We would love to share our love of the area with you!
