 Family friendly condo complex.     
These units are individually owned and the décor varies from unit to unit. Unit #2 is on the ground level  of the South Building.  It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full sofa sleeper.  There is a folding wall that can be used to separate the sleeping areas in the bedroom for privacy. The unit has 2 bathrooms, 1- full bath (tub/shower) and 1 - 3/4 bath (shower/no tub), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. WIFI Available PRIME SEASON ONLY.  All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.
We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
